Amanda Provost

I am a full time doctoral candidate in the Mathematics Education PhD program at Montclair State University. My research interests include mathematical modeling, math & science integration in STEM education, and teacher professional development. 

Research Assistant

As a doctoral research assistant, I am currently working on the NSF funded project Assimilating Computational and Mathematical Thinking into Earth and Environmental Science (ACMES) and the DYME-A/DYME-V projects under Nicole Panorkou.

Education & Teaching Experience

I received a Bachelor of Science in mathematics education at Montclair State University, with a minor in psychology. I taught middle school (6-8th grades) math and science for 4.5 years.
